key features & advantages of our tire valves
We rigorously test our premium EPDM rubber grommets under strict SAE J1205 standards, ensuring they endure 72+ hours of high-concentration ozone exposure (at 50 pphm) with zero cracking. We formulate our rubber to maintain maximum flexibility and sealing performance in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C (-40°F to +248°F), providing you with a product lifespan that vastly outlasts standard natural rubber alternatives.
We equip every valve core with high-temperature resistant Teflon or Silicone seals to guarantee zero air leakage for your customers, even under high-speed and heavy-load conditions. In our machining workshop, we CNC turn our brass and zinc alloy stems to an ultra-strict tolerance of ±0.05mm. We utilize standard 8V1 threads to ensure universal compatibility and seamless inflation every time.
We stand firmly behind our quality, backed by our ISO 9001 and automotive-grade IATF 16949 certified manufacturing facilities. Before we package your order, we run every single valve through a 100% automated pneumatic leak test at 130 PSI (9 Bar). When you source from us, you benefit from our industry-leading defect rate of < 3 PPM, securing OEM-level reliability for your distribution network.
We engineer our valves with smooth threading and standard dimensions to ensure effortless pull-through or clamp-in installation for auto repair shops. We have specifically designed them to safely withstand an installation torque of 3-5 Nm (25-45 in-lbs). Our precisely matched nut and washer combinations securely lock onto the rim, preventing over-tightening damage while delivering a reliable service life exceeding 3 years or 50,000 miles.
Our OEM/ODM services allow you to control every technical and visual detail of your tire valves. Whether you need to specify the rubber compound (EPDM vs. Natural), upgrade the stem and core alloys (Brass/Zinc/Aluminum), or laser-engrave your company logo on the valve caps, we manufacture strictly according to your blueprints and market requirements.
Need a specific performance tier? We can customize the raw materials, offering everything from standard natural rubber to premium EPDM, and adjusting the valve core and stem materials (brass, zinc, or lightweight aluminum alloy) to your exact requirements. We also support custom valve lengths and bend angles for specialized rims.
Make your products stand out in the aftermarket. We provide precision laser-engraving for your company logo on metal valve caps and sleeves. For metal valves, we also offer custom color anodizing (e.g., red, blue, black, gold) to match your brand's aesthetics.
We provide complete white-label and private-label packaging services. Instead of blank boxes, we can supply custom-printed polybags, branded inner boxes, and full-color corrugated master cartons. For retail clients, we design and produce custom blister cards ready for store displays, complete with your specific SKU barcodes and labels.
Have a new design in mind or a specific sample you need replicated? Our engineering team provides end-to-end ODM services. Just send us your CAD drawings or physical samples, and we will handle the CNC prototyping, mold creation, and mass production, turning your concept into a market-ready product.

bulk packaging & freight specifications
All orders are packed strictly for international sea and air freight. We utilize 5-ply export corrugated cartons and standardized pallet dimensions to maximize your container payload and prevent transit damage.
100 pcs per heavy-duty sealed polybag; 10 bags per master carton (Total: 1,000 pcs/carton). Moisture-proof liner bags or desiccants can be included upon request to prevent oxidation during long sea voyages.
Master cartons are precisely 35cm x 25cm x 20cm. This footprint is mathematically optimized for standard EUR-pallets (120cm x 80cm) and US pallets (120cm x 100cm), eliminating dead space and lowering your per-unit shipping cost in 20ft or 40ft containers.
15 to 20 days for standard LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) wholesale orders.
For aftermarket distributors, we supply ready-to-sell packaging directly from our lines. Options include 2-pc or 4-pc blister cards, clamshell packs, and custom-printed color boxes pre-labeled with your SKU and EAN barcodes.
For our standard Fortune tire valves (such as TR413 or TR414) in our standard bulk export packaging, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. However, we understand the need to test the market, so we are highly flexible and fully support smaller trial orders for new B2B partners.
Our standard and most common payment term is 30% T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) as a deposit before production begins, with the remaining 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L). For large-volume, long-term partnerships, we can also accept 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.
We primarily quote FOB (Shanghai or Ningbo port), which is the most popular choice for our global distributors. However, depending on your logistical preferences, our export team is fully capable of arranging CIF, CFR, or EXW terms. Just let us know your preferred delivery method and destination port when requesting a quote.
Absolutely. We encourage distributors to consolidate their shipments. You can mix various standard snap-in valves (e.g., TR412, TR413, TR414) or combine rubber valves with metal clamp-in valves in a single shipment to meet the MOQ or fill a 20ft container efficiently.
